Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

We offer a 12-month lease term.

We encourage residents to pay rent online through the resident portal, but we also accept payments if dropped off at the office.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. You can either purchase your own insurance or opt to pay $10.95 per month for coverage through us.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, contact the local power company for electricity. We will bill you separately for water, sewer, and garbage.

You can use Comcast for both internet and cable services.

Our property offers a carport, garages, BBQ area, pool, and a gym for your convenience and enjoyment.

Yes, parking is available with options including carports, garages, and open parking.

Yes, each unit comes with a full-size washer and dryer.

Pet Policy

Yes, our community is pet-friendly with a limit of 2 pets per home. Breed restrictions apply. There is a dog park at Memorial Park, just 1.4 miles away.

Our community is unique for its park-like setting, featuring large green spaces that provide a peaceful and spacious environment for residents to enjoy.

We are located in the Willsonville School District.

The nearest grocery stores are Safeway and Fred Meyer, both less than 1 mile away.

Maintenance

Yes, we offer 24/7 on-site maintenance. Work orders are sent directly to our technician for prompt attention.

For maintenance issues, please submit a maintenance request or contact the emergency on-call number.

You don’t need to be present. Work orders include an option to give permission for entry, so you can go about your day while we take care of the work.
